Diagnosis and repair of the programmable logic controllers driving the vessel's auxiliaries: pumps, separators, ballast, ventilation and generator sets. We read the program, trace the root cause — faulty I/O, sensor, power supply or CPU card — and bring the cycle back into service.
A dead HMI leaves the crew blind to the process. We repair touchscreens, replace obsolete panels and rebuild the screens exactly as they were, so the crew keeps its bearings without extra training.

Yes. Our technicians board the vessel during the port call, alongside or in dry dock, to diagnose and repair onboard systems without keeping the ship idle any longer than necessary. The job is prepared in advance from the drawings and the fault codes reported by the crew.
We work mainly on Siemens SIMATIC programmable logic controllers (S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200) and Schneider, as well as Siemens Smart Line HMI panels and industrial touchscreens. We also repair variable speed drives and onboard electronic boards.

Yes. When a PLC or operator panel is no longer manufactured, we carry out a retrofit: migrating the program to current hardware, replacing the HMI, rebuilding the screens and upgrading the safety functions, keeping the existing wiring wherever possible.
The electrical drawings for the system concerned, the exact PLC or panel part number, the fault codes displayed and, if available, a backup of the program. These let us arrive with the right spare parts and tools and shorten the time spent on board.
